It is the picturesque village of Albuñoñ, just 40 minutes from the first ski runs at Sierra Nevada, and 10 minutes from the little fishing beach at La Rabita. 20 Minutes from the port of Adra. The village is quaint, and still very traditional, and my apartment is sited overlooking all of it.  With valley views, village views and the sea in the distance. Easy access to motorway and nearby services.  

There are 4 buildings in the complex with a communal swimming pool and sitting areas.  There is parking to the rear, of the bloque.  Entering the apartment, it is light and bright, with wood laminate floors, the lounge is a good size with large patio doors, leading to a double sized terrace, with fantastic views.  Back into the lounge and through an archway is the kitchen, with oven, hob and extractor, plenty of storage and worktop space.  The master bedroom, overlooks the terrace and also has an ensuite bathroom, with full size bath, with glazed shower screen, and illuminated mirror.  There is also a second bedroom of a good size.  Then a second bathroom with glazed shower cubicle, toilet wash hand basin and illuminated mirror.  The washing machine is here too.
